No follow up care. They are all about the money. Location is ok, but the staff is untrained and nicotine junkies. They also discuss private patient health care into info with other patients, without your permission, which is a violation of patient health care privacy rights.

I couldn’t have picked a better treatment facility to come to. The staff (Billy, Tosha, Shaye, Aiden, Dan, and Brandon) and nurses (Joylee, Stacy, April, and Amanda) are absolutely AMAZING! They have helped me find myself again, and gave me hope to continue on my road to sobriety. This place is a godsend and I couldn’t have done it without them. I love this place. This place is absolutely amazing! I was nervous to come at first but I am soooo glad I did! The staff here has saved my life, literally. They truly care and treat every client with love and kindness. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility and the care they provided my loved one. From the very beginning, it was clear that the staff truly cared about her as a person, not just as another patient. They went above and beyond to make sure she felt supported, encouraged, and prepared for the next step in her recovery.
Thank you to Chad, Kyle, Ramsey, Delaney, the incredible nursing staff, and all of the techs. She spoke so highly of each of them and shared countless stories about the kindness, compassion, and encouragement they showed her throughout her stay. It made such a difference knowing she was surrounded by people who genuinely wanted to see her succeed.
I also want to give a HUGE shout-out to Jacob. Although I wasn't there in person, I had many conversations with him throughout her treatment, and I truly cannot thank him enough. He consistently went far above what I ever expected. He kept me informed, answered every question with patience, showed genuine compassion, and advocated tirelessly to make sure she had the support and resources she needed. During such a difficult time, Jacob gave me hope and reassurance, and I will never forget the care he showed.

A month ago, I had mentally hit my absolute rock bottom. I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and honestly didn’t know where to turn. I started calling around looking for help, and Serenity Ranch Wellness was the very first place to call me back. From that first conversation, they treated me with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. They accepted me right away and made me feel like I mattered when I needed it most.
During my stay, the support I received was life changing. My caseworker, Chelsea, went above and beyond to make sure my job was protected and safe while I focused on getting better. That took such a huge weight off my shoulders and allowed me to truly focus on my recovery.
My therapist, Billy, was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with my feelings, while also holding me accountable for my actions in the most respectful and supportive way possible. I never felt judged — only encouraged to grow and heal.
The medical staff was also amazing throughout my stay. They were incredibly attentive and always made sure I was comfortable and cared for at all times. Roxanne and Kimla were both so compassionate and supportive, and the wonderful nurses, especially Staci, truly helped make a difficult time feel much more manageable. Their kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed.
The staff here truly care about the people who walk through their doors. Recovery coach Tasha has such a genuine heart and treats everyone with compassion and understanding. Every single staff member I encountered was supportive, respectful, and willing to help in any way they could.
If you are struggling and need help, I cannot recommend Serenity Ranch Wellness enough. They treat people with dignity, respect, and compassion, and they create an environment where healing feels possible. This place helped me through one of the darkest times in my life, and I will always be grateful for the care and support I received here.

I would never recommend this place to anyone! The staff took my medications that were in multiple pill organizers in a locking box and disposed of them, but they told me they put all of my medications in their original prescription bottles. Geri asked for the code to the box and I gave it to her. I was told this by both Amanda and Geri they had to count the medications were put in the original prescription bottles. They disposed of approximately two week’s worth of prescription medications and everything from my Furosemide, Levothyroxine and two different blood pressure medications to my Ambien and other medications I made multiple phone calls and left messages and not one person has responded. I would like to know why my prescriptions were disposed of. They are understaffed and need more training. While I was there a patient named Tyler did whatever he felt like even though he was one to one with staff. He stood I. The tables, chairs, climbing from one piece of furniture to another, threatened staff and scared multiple patients including myself. I told the staff I did not feel safe and I did not want to be there. When I told multiple staff I didn’t want to be there they told me they did not want to be there either! Some of the patient said Lincoln Trail was like being in jail! I would never let someone that I love come to Lincoln Trail under any circumstances!

I will never regret coming here for recovery. Tosha, Jaimielynn, Shaye, Billy, Chelsea and all the nurses are the absolute best. This place is truly amazing. The staff is so caring and professional and working towards sobriety with them at this house was a life changing experience, for the better. If you've ever been to a place that wasn't good, this is the polar opposite. They will help improve your physical and mental health and help you find and learn how to use all the tools available to genuinely change your life. Substance abuse is a monster you don't need to fight alone. Give them and give yourself a chance to make meaningful, lasting change, and get you to the place you want to be in life. The facility is beautiful and amazing yet still comfortable and intimate while providing a genuine feeling of a caring home. I needed this so badly, more than anything, and one day I stopped fighting on my own and have them a chance to help me. I made that call, and they answered, and were there for me. I will never be able to thank them fully for the real changes they have helped me make, and I hope that you will give them the same chance, I really do. I promise you that you won't regret it. The place is built with real love and caring for others, and I will always be grateful and thankful for my time there.

A month ago, I found someone close to me that desperately needed a rehab facility. This person had hit a rock bottom and wanted to change their life. All I could do was make sure that the person I loved got help.
Not knowing much of options for the need... a quick search for somewhere local, covered under insurance, that checked the thoughts of medical needs on-site and genuinely safe facility, I quickly found Serenity Ranch.
Serenity Ranch offered my solution and so much more. From the first call with Mark, arrival, tour, check-in through the end, 5 stars doesn't do justice. Serenity ranch recovery was my first rehab and treatment experience and it was truly by the Grace of God and his power that I came to this place, just at the right time. I went here for 28 days and it was the best inpatient facility I’ve ever been to. They have a way of involving everyone during the group therapy sessions which really helps introverted and shy people open up so they can truly work on themselves. They literally have all of the snacks and sweet treats you can think of. A tv in every room and all of the streaming platforms. You won’t watch a lot of tv though because you’ll get so close with the people you are in there with. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, and you’ll get the tools you need to STAY sober. The staff really cares about the patients. They don’t bore you with PowerPoints and videos. They make recovery fun. I started to look forward to the groups we would do and I’ll remember serenity ranch for eternity. Serenity ranch is an Absolutely incredible inpatient facility.

Six months ago, this place saved my life.
When I arrived, I was terrified, broken, and unsure if I even wanted to keep going. I had said goodbye to my daughters and walked into the unknown because it felt like the only way to survive. The staff here met me exactly where I was not with judgment, but with compassion, patience, and understanding.
This recovery center gave me more than sobriety. It gave me safety when I felt unsafe in my own mind. It gave me tools to cope, people who truly listened, and the belief that I was worth fighting for even when I couldn’t see it myself. The counselors, staff, and peers created an environment where healing felt possible, even on the hardest days.
Recovery is not easy, but I was never alone here. Because of this place, I am alive. I am sober. I am present for my children. I will forever be grateful for the role this center played in helping me choose life.

I am not a fan of this place. I deleted my last review and are updating it. The place looks beautiful, but there are several issues here if you call the admissions phone number and ask them to pass along something. They're going to say that they're going to, but they're not actually going to as well as there is zero information regardless of who you called on how discharge actually works. If you're picking somebody up, this seems to be an issue. This facility does not communicate well and it is an issue

If you’re looking for a place to truly find peace while working on yourself, Serenity Ranch Recovery in Mammoth Cave, KY is exactly what the name promises — serenity.
From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for. The staff here don’t just clock in and out — they actually care about your recovery. They meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and somehow always know when you need a pep talk or just a quiet moment on that gorgeous back patio. Speaking of which… if you’ve never watched a sunset from the Serenity Ranch patio, you’re missing out on a new definition of “peaceful.”
The facility itself is beautiful and comfortable, and the atmosphere is so calming that you can’t help but breathe a little easier — which is ironic because the only thing I’d change is that the water pressure could be stronger (just being honest — hey, it’s a recovery center, not a five-star resort spa!). Serenity ranch is the best detox/residential facility I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredible and genuinely care about your recovery which is hard to find. The house is amazing and the area around it is truly serene. It’s a great place to start in your journey to recover and highly recommend all the facilities associated with them regarding after care.

This place changed my life. If you’re thinking of coming here don’t isolate and get to know the people and staff. For real best month of my life. These people care and want you to stay sober once you leave. Not to mention how nice of a facility this place has. Have been sober since I left. I Wanna come back and visit some of my favorite staff at some point because I made some genuine and honest connection.

The Serenity Ranch is not only a beautiful setting. In a tough time this amazing place and wonderful staff made me feel like i was home away from home. I was welcomed with open arms and fed awesome food and a wealth of knowledge and strength to continue my life on a better path. Their amenities are next to none and the fact that they are equipped to offer dual diagnosis for many issues that lead to addiction makes them an outstanding place to renew your life!!

The place is beautiful, staff is friendly, and Serenity helped save my life! They gave me tools to help in my recovery. The only issues I had was the water pressure is not great and the staff are always on their phones. I would definitely recommend this place!!!
